Description
– Nishinoseki sake is made by Kayashima company – a long-standing Sake wine manufacturer based on Japanese traditional method, established in 1873 in Tsunai Kunisakimachi region, Oita Province, Japan.
– Nishinoseki sake is made entirely by Japanese traditional manual method with the main material being Koji yeast, rice is grown in the Japan Western, with water is taken from a depth of 90m below the ground in the Kuni Kaki Peninsula (721m from the sea).
– Nishinoseki sake is a combination of 5 tastes: sweet, sour, spicy, hot, acrid – a characteristic flavor of South-West of Japan.
